Customer Compliance Power BI Dashboard -- 2

I’m pulling together a detailed Power BI dashboard that turns our raw customer data into clear compliance insights. The source files (Excel/CSV in SharePoint and OneDrive) already exist; what I need is a well-structured .pbix that does the heavy lifting for me.

Scope of work
• Shape and model the data in Power Query, building a clean star-schema ready for fast visuals.
• Create DAX measures that surface:
– Policy adherence rates by customer segment and over time
– Pass / Fail summaries (with drill-through to individual records)
– Completion rates linked to specific policies or training modules
• Design an interactive report page layout with slicers for acquisition source and demographics so stakeholders can self-serve answers in seconds.
• Optimise the visuals for both desktop and mobile views and publish to the Power BI Service workspace I will provide.
• Hand over the finished .pbix file plus a concise README summarising data model decisions, key measures, and any refresh requirements.

What success looks like
A responsive dashboard that loads quickly, highlights out-of-policy customers at a glance, and lets managers filter the story without touching the data model. I’d like an initial walkthrough or screen-share review within a week so we can fine-tune wording, colours, and any calculated columns before final sign-off.
