Create a formula in Power Bi

For the moment in my Power Bi project, there are formulas that are based on raw data. I would like to normalize this raw data (apply 2 formulas based on raw data and a date slicer, see excel) and use this new data in the existing formulas.
I will explain the formulas clearly so as not to be mistaken if there is any doubt.
