Create Running Balance Account Statement in Power BI

I'm looking for an expert in Power BI who can help me build an account statement with a running balance or running total.
The project involves: Reviewing a PBIX that has already been put together and trying to find the best way to achieve the desired outcome.
Power BI Statement info:
- The account statement starts with an opening balance and transactions follow.
- There are numerous minor transactions such as foreign currency (FX) conversions that need to be included in the running balance, but they need to be hidden from the table/statement.
- Also, in some statements there might be multiple Opening Balance transactions. I would prefer these to be grouped into one transaction at the top of the list (if possible), but hiding them is also an option but the need to be added to the running total.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Power BI.
- Experience with creating financial account statements.
- Skills in data visualization and creating aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-understand dashboards.
