Create Power bi template

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Power BI template to visualize operations data. I have some ideas for the design and layout, but I would like input from the freelancer. The template should have interactive filters to allow for easy analysis of the data. Ideal skills and experience for this project include proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, and dashboard design.
