Create KPI Power BI data model and report and storytelling

I have a sample XLS file that tracks Budget vs Actuals, and I need it transformed into data model that should be self servis oriented,the DAX, used in the measures, the final sales analysis report design and storytelling. Can you create a powerBI file (pbix) as the answer to this exercise. The report should provide insight into performance of different countries, segments, products. The Ferrari stakeholders also need the relevant KPIs and metrics to evaluate the sales performance against the targets and overtime

Please structure the report with slicers that let me filter by period and any other natural dimensions you identify, keep the layout clean, and follow best practices for measure calculations and formatting. Once complete, share the PBIX file plus a short walkthrough (video or annotated screenshots) so I can refresh the data myself and publish it to the Power BI service.

If anything in the raw sheet looks inconsistent, flag it before moving forward so we keep the insights accurate.
