Job Title: Freelance Cost Controller / Dashboard Expert – Fit-out Project
Project Overview
I am managing a high-end fit-out project in Qatar and require a Cost Control Freelancer to help track, analyze, and visualize project financials. The primary goal is to demonstrate the cost savings achieved through value engineering, procurement negotiations, and efficient resource management.

Scope of Work
Data Analysis: Review project budgets, actual spends, and procurement logs.

Savings Tracking: Categorize and quantify "Budgeted vs. Actual" variances to show clear cost-saving milestones.

Dashboard Creation: Develop a professional, interactive dashboard (Power BI preferred, or advanced Excel) that is "client-ready."

KPI Integration: The dashboard must include:

Budget vs. Actuals (Total and by package/trade).

Savings Tracker (Value Engineering & Procurement gains).

Cash Flow S-Curve.

Commitment Tracking (PO status and remaining contingency).

Required Skills
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) or Cost Control Engineer in the construction/fit-out industry.

Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel (VBA/Power Query).

Ability to translate complex construction data into clean, visual insights for stakeholders.

Experience with the Qatar market and local procurement standards is a plus.

Deliverables
A structured template for data entry (if not already established).

A fully functional, interactive Financial Dashboard.

A summary report highlighting the "Total Savings to Date."
