A Complete reporting and tracking system using Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a unified reporting solution that lets our team track performance at a glance and act on the numbers without ever leaving Microsoft Teams. The core is a Power BI dashboard dedicated to performance tracking; it should pull and model data from several Excel spreadsheets we maintain. I would like automatic refreshes so the visuals always reflect the latest figures.
Alongside the dashboard, build a Power Apps app that sits inside Teams. The app must give us:
- Data entry forms so staff can add or correct figures directly
- Workflow automation to route submitted data for approval and post status updates back to Teams channels
- Interactive charts that mirror key visuals from the dashboard for quick, in-context analysis
Both components should talk to each other seamlessly—new or edited records from the app should appear in Power BI with minimal delay, and drilling into a tile in the dashboard should be able to open the matching record in the app if needed.
Deliverables
1. Power BI report (.pbix) with clean data model, calculated measures, and performance-centric KPIs
2. Power Apps canvas app packaged for Teams deployment, fully connected to the same Excel data source
3. Connection setup documentation covering data gateways, refresh schedules, and step-by-step deployment in Teams
4. Short walkthrough video or live hand-off session so my team can manage the solution moving forward
Please keep the build within standard Microsoft 365 tools—no third-party connectors unless absolutely required—and structure the solution so we can expand to SQL or API sources later.
