Complete Power BI Sales Dashboard

I’ve assembled a set of Excel workbooks that contain both the raw sales data and a separate sheet listing every business question the report must answer. The aim is to turn these spreadsheets into a polished Power BI file that clearly explains our sales performance.

Here’s what still needs to be done:

• Connect the Excel sources, organise them in a clean star-schema model and document any transformation steps in Power Query.
• Build the required DAX measures—revenue, units, profit, YoY change, cumulative totals, and any additional calculations that emerge from the question sheet.
• Design interactive pages that answer each listed question (sales trends, product and regional breakdowns, etc.) with slicers that work seamlessly across all visuals.
• Apply consistent branding, tooltips and drill-throughs so end users can explore insights without touching edit mode.
• Deliver the final .pbix file plus a brief note or screen-recording that walks through the model and calculations.

I’ve already uploaded the Excel files and an initial draft, so you can start by reviewing the existing work and then expand it. Accuracy and clear storytelling are the priorities; advanced visuals are welcome as long as performance stays snappy.
