Overview
Developed an interactive analytics dashboard to optimize the e-commerce order fulfillment process, focusing on identifying bottlenecks, improving delivery performance, and reducing return rates.

• Collected order processing data from multiple systems: website orders, warehouse logs, shipping partners, and returns databases.
• Merged and cleaned data to build a unified, trustworthy database for comprehensive analysis.

• Mapped fulfillment stages: order received, picked, packed, shipped, delivered, and returned.
• Identified bottlenecks causing delays at each fulfillment step.
• Used SQL to analyze turnaround times and segment performance by location, fulfillment center, and shipping partner.

• Analyzed return rates by product, region, and shipping method to uncover high-failure zones.
