Clean KPI Power BI Dashboard
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have an Excel workbook full of raw transactional data that I need transformed into a sleek, high-performing Power BI dashboard. The first step will be a thorough clean-up: please remove duplicates, fill any missing values, and standardize every date, currency, and text field before modelling. Once the data model is solid, I’d like three core KPI areas front and center—Sales Performance, Customer Satisfaction, and Operational Efficiency—supported by intuitive bar, line, and pie visuals.
I also need custom DAX measures and slicers so users can explore the figures quickly without slow load times. Future refreshes must be straightforward: I should be able to drop a new Excel file into the same folder, hit Refresh, and have every figure update automatically.
Deliverables
• Fully documented Power Query steps for all data-cleaning actions
• A well-structured data model with relationships clearly named
• DAX measures for each KPI plus any supporting calculations
• Interactive bar, line, and pie charts with slicers for date, region, and product (or similar logical fields discovered in the data)
• One tidy, editable PBIX file ready for refresh
I’ll consider the work complete when the PBIX opens without errors, refreshes against a swapped-in dataset in under a minute, and every KPI card or visual matches a validation table I will provide.
