Description:
We need a Power BI consultant to build a financial and sales dashboard for a car dealership that includes:

Historical sales/revenue, costs, margins (actuals)

Budget vs Actual variance (absolute and percentage)

Automated forecasting for future periods and/or next-year budget — Power BI should calculate projections based on historical trends, without manual data entry

Drill-down/filter options (by vehicle, sales rep, month, etc.)

Clean, interactive visuals (charts, tables, variance analysis, forecast trends)

Key Requirement:

Forecasts and next-year budgets must be automated using Power BI’s forecasting capabilities or DAX measures. Manual data entry of future periods is not acceptable.

Deliverables:

Fully functional Power BI .pbix file with automated forecasts

Proper data model and measures for actuals, variance, and forecasts

Documentation on how the dashboard calculates forecasts and how to refresh data

Qualifications:

Proven experience building forecasting dashboards in Power BI

Strong DAX and Power Query skills for automated calculations

Portfolio of similar projects (variance + automated forecast dashboards)
