Build a simplistic Power Bi Dashbord

I want to draw down on some information that is currently being submitted to the web as digital forms. There are 3 forms and we just need to collate the information in to a presentable dashboard. This is part of a competition at work so there are various points assigned to submissions. These will need to be collated and a winner shown.
