Build a Campus Infrastructure Utilization Dashboard in PowerBI & O365 tools

Skill Development Institute (SDI) Bhubaneswar, is a unique philanthropic social service initiative of all PSUs in the Oil & Gas Sector i.e. IndianOil, ONGC, GAIL, HPCL, BPCL, OIL, EIL and Balmer Lawrie, who have joined hands towards the mission of contributing in building a ‘Skilled India’ under the aegis of MoP&NG. As a lead promoter, IndianOil is managing this institute.
We have a 47 acres campus where various multistoried blocks are present such as Admin block, Academic block, faculty block, boys hostel etc.
We would like to see a Realtime dashboard where Campus resource utilization can be seen. For e.g. at any point of time how many classrooms are occupied, how many hostel rooms are occupied, how many faculty quarters are booked.
Solution must be tightly integrated with O365 as all our faculties are on Microsoft domain and are using Teams on their PCs. We do have a subscription of O365 A3 & Power BI for faculty licenses.
