Description:
We are seeking an experienced Power BI freelancer to design and build a bilingual (Arabic + English) dashboard for a national project composed of three sub-projects. The dashboard must include:
Main overview screen, sub-project selector, and detailed indicator pages.
Data connections from Excel files and image folders.
Integration with a satellite imagery API (e.g., Bing Maps or Google Maps) to visualize site locations.
Switchable interface between Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR), including all labels, slicers, and visuals.
Deliverables: Power BI (.pbix) file, user manual, satellite integration, and training session.
Skills Required:
Power BI / DAX / Power Query | Bilingual dashboard design | Map API integration | Arabic fonts | Data visualization UX.
Preferred Languages: Arabic and English
