Automate Power BI Reports

I need to turn a manual workflow for Temperature Mapping Reports and Calibration Certificates into a fully automated Power BI solution.

Right now the critical data point is temperature readings; each time new readings come in I want a refresh to trigger and a pre-formatted report or certificate to update instantly. The goal is a repeatable template that I can reuse across multiple studies without rebuilding visuals or DAX each time.

Scope of work
• Build a Power BI model that ingests the raw temperature data (I’ll provide the source format).
• Design a clear report layout for the mapping study and a companion layout for the calibration certificate. Both must be exportable to PDF.
• Set up scheduled refresh and simple parameters so I can swap in new datasets with minimal clicks.
• Document the steps—connection, transformations, measures, and any custom visuals—so I can maintain the file on my own afterward.
