Automate Customer Insights Reporting

I want my existing Excel workbooks and Power BI files to produce customer-insight reports without the manual grind. Right now I still copy, paste, and refresh dozens of sheets just to see simple metrics. The goal is a repeatable process that pulls raw data, cleans it, and then outputs polished reports—complete with expense-tracking details—at the click of a button.

Here’s what I need:

• An Excel or Power Query routine that ingests my raw CSV exports, performs the required joins and calculations, and lands everything in a clean data model.
• A Power BI dashboard (or an automated Excel template if that is quicker) that surfaces customer behaviour metrics alongside expense-tracking figures, with slicers or filters so anyone can drill into segments instantly.
• A one-page set-up guide so I can update data sources or adjust measures later without rewriting code.

Acceptance criteria
1. I press a single refresh button (or scheduled refresh runs) and all visuals, KPIs, and expense numbers update end-to-end.
2. No hard-coded file paths—everything runs on relative links or parameters I can edit in seconds.
3. The solution returns results within two minutes on a standard laptop with 16 GB RAM.
