Power BI Dashboard Project - HR Appraisal Analysis
I'm excited to share my recent project where I developed an interactive Power BI dashboard to visualize employee appraisal data using Excel as the data source.
Dataset Highlights:
The dataset includes various HR metrics such as:
Employee ID, Name, Designation, and DOJ
Cut-off date for appraisal, Tenure & Tenure Range
Band and Level structure
CTC, Team, and Sub-process
Actual vs Current Rating Category
Final Hike %, Final Hike CTC, and Hike Amount (including prorated hike)
Key Features of the Dashboard:
Dynamic slicers for employee names – selecting a name automatically updates all visuals on the dashboard.
Visual representation of performance trends, tenure-based hike distribution, and rating comparisons.
Clear insights into how final hikes are calculated and distributed across teams and levels.
Seamless interaction to assist HR and management in making informed decisions during appraisal cycles.
Completed this entire dashboard within just 10 minutes, showcasing my ability to quickly transform raw data into actionable insights.
