Title: Expert Power BI Developer Needed for Integrated MIS/GIS Dashboard System
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to build an integrated enterprise dashboard environment for our existing MIS/GIS platform.

The system already contains multiple operational modules covering:
Environmental restoration
Climate resilience
Water infrastructure
Agricultural distribution
Safeguards compliance
Peacebuilding
Policy strengthening
Monitoring & evaluation
The role involves developing interactive Power BI dashboards with GIS/spatial reporting, KPI tracking, executive analytics, beneficiary reporting, financial monitoring, and cross-module reporting capabilities.

Key Requirements
Advanced Power BI expertise
Strong DAX, Power Query, and SQL skills
Experience with GIS/spatial dashboards
Enterprise data modeling and dashboard optimization
Experience integrating dashboards into existing MIS systems
Ability to work with large relational datasets
Dashboard Features
KPI cards and executive summaries
GIS maps and spatial analytics
Financial and safeguards dashboards
Environmental and water infrastructure analytics
Beneficiary and gender reporting
Drill-down and cross-filtering capabilities
Data quality and performance monitoring
Preferred Skills
ArcGIS, Mapbox, or Leaflet experience
ASP.NET Core / C# familiarity
PostgreSQL or SQL Server
Experience with M&E, donor-funded, or World Bank-style systems
