Advanced Power BI Dashboard Development
Budget: $50 – $0 CAD
On site in Calgary Alberta. I maintain several reporting workspaces and now need an expert who can take our dashboards to the next level. The existing environment already pulls data from SQL databases and Excel files, and I have recently added Databricks tables to the mix.
Here is what I need next:
• Build and refine complex DAX measures that drive KPI-rich, drill-through dashboards.
• Write and optimise SQL queries so the source tables deliver only what Power BI truly needs, keeping refresh times low.
• Review the current data model—some areas are in good shape, others still rely on ad-hoc joins—and suggest pragmatic improvements without starting from scratch.
• Configure relationships, calculated columns, and hierarchies so end-users can slice by region, customer segment, and time period with zero ambiguity.
• Package everything into clean, user-friendly reports ready for publishing to the Power BI Service.
You will work directly with me: I can give you database credentials, sample Excel workbooks, and read-only access to the Databricks cluster. Once the first round of dashboards is live, we will iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
