Adjusting a measure for calculating the last available value

If you Change the Company slicer from "2" to "1" the KPI visual "measure last value can detect for "Company 2" the value 40k but for "Company 1" it is blank. The value should be 17k (end of August 24). When I adjust the date slicer to end of december 24 it should also be 17k. When I adjust to july it should be 130k.
