Adidas Sales Power BI Dashboard

I want to translate our Adidas sell-out data into a single, visually compelling Power BI dashboard that a MIS Executive can open each morning and instantly understand how the business is performing. The board must track sales growth, profit margins and customer-acquisition rate while also letting the user slice results by region, retailer, product line and promotion level to uncover discount impacts and new profitability pockets.

You will start from raw extracts that I can pull from our ERP, online databases or plain Excel; whichever you prefer, just keep the model clean and refreshable. Storytelling and usability matter as much as the DAX—hover tooltips, drill-throughs and bookmarks should guide the viewer naturally from a high-level overview to granular SKU performance without feeling cluttered.

Deliverables
• A fully interactive dashboard ready for scheduled refresh
• A short setup note explaining data connections, key measures and any gateway requirements
