This project challenges students to apply Business Intelligence (BI) tools and concepts to a real-world organizational problem. Teams will select a Saudi organization or a public case, identify strategic business challenges, and design and implement an end-to-end BI solution that demonstrates measurable business value. The project integrates academic rigor (data cleansing, transformation, modelling, and methodology) with executive orientation (decision framing, performance measurement, ROI, and governance). By the end of the project, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of how Business Intelligence supports decision-making and creates organizational value.
