Teams Order Management Workflow

I need an end-to-end order management workflow that lives natively inside Microsoft Teams and ties together Microsoft Forms, SharePoint Lists, and any necessary Power Automate flows. A user will submit a new order through a Form; that data should automatically populate a central SharePoint List and then trigger the workflow inside Teams.

Core capability
• Robust order tracking is non-negotiable, with clear, timestamped status changes visible to everyone involved.

Role-based routing
• Production, Admin, and Sales must each receive only the tasks and update rights that fit their role, while Management can see the entire pipeline.

Typical flow
1. Order submission (Forms)
2. Verification and initial status update (Sales)
3. Production scheduling and completion updates (Production)
4. Final checks and document archiving (Admin)
5. Automatic notifications back to the originating user at each milestone

Everything should run through Teams tabs and adaptive cards so users never leave the Teams environment. Please build the underlying SharePoint structure, craft the Power Automate flows, and configure permissions so the system is ready for immediate rollout.
