SharePoint Workflow Setup & Management

I need an experienced SharePoint Administrator who can tidy up our document libraries and implement a rock-solid approval workflow for the Marketing team. The focus is document management and organization, so you’ll be re-structuring folders, applying metadata, and ensuring everything is easy to find and governed properly.

Once the libraries are in shape, I want a clear, multi-stage approval process built with native SharePoint workflow tools or Power Automate—whatever delivers smooth, trackable sign-offs from draft to final. While version control and co-authoring may become future enhancements, your immediate brief is the approval workflow.

• Re-organized Marketing document library with intuitive structure and metadata
• Custom approval workflow published, tested, and ready for everyday use
• Administrator guide (brief) outlining steps to maintain and adjust the workflow

Acceptance criteria
• Documents move automatically through all defined approval stages with email or Teams notifications
