SharePoint Training Copilot Automation

I want a Microsoft Power Platform solution that lets trainees self-register for our courses, stores their data in SharePoint, and handles all follow-up emails automatically.

Here’s how I picture it working:

• A conversational Copilot (Power Virtual Agents or similar) guides the trainee through registration, capturing their name, email, phone number, and training preferences.
• The answers are written to a SharePoint list that becomes our single source of truth for every session.
• As soon as the record is created, Power Automate fires off three templated emails: a confirmation of registration, the full training details, and a reminder exactly one day before the class (the reminder must run on an automatic schedule without manual intervention).

I need the full setup—agent, SharePoint list, flows, and reusable email templates—packaged so I can import it into our tenant and tweak wording later if required. Clear documentation or a brief hand-off video showing how to adjust dates, text, and additional fields will be the final step.
