SharePoint Project Request Forms

I want to streamline how new projects or tasks are requested and tracked in my SharePoint environment. What I need is a well-designed project / task request form that feeds directly into a SharePoint list so every submission becomes a traceable item we can sort, filter, and report on later.

The form must include:
• An approval workflow that routes each request to the right approver and updates status columns automatically
• Automated email notifications that alert stakeholders whenever a request is submitted, approved, or rejected

Please build everything natively in SharePoint (SharePoint Online with Power Automate is available) so there is no dependence on external add-ins. If quick custom validation is required for fields such as budget, dates, or project sponsor, feel free to incorporate it.
