We are looking for a freelancer with experience in SharePoint Online and Power Automate to implement a workflow that automatically locks or makes documents read-only after approval.
Scope:
Review existing SharePoint document library and approval workflow.
Configure Power Automate to trigger upon approval.
Prevent further editing of approved documents using the best Microsoft 365 approach (permissions, records management, read-only settings, etc.).
Test and document the solution.
Requirements:
Proven experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate.
Knowledge of document control, permissions, and approval workflows.
Ability to provide a robust and compliant solution.
