I need a straightforward Power Automate flow that streamlines document approval for PDFs stored in a SharePoint library. When a new PDF is uploaded, the flow should:

• Trigger automatically.
• Send an approval request to a single approver I’ll specify.
• Record the approval or rejection outcome back to the same item’s metadata.
• Notify the uploader of the final decision.
