Key Tasks
Archive 2024 Records: Move all 2024 items (including attachments) to a "Historical" list.
Threshold Bypass: Access and move data despite the current 5,000+ item error using PowerShell PnP or REST API pagination.
Fix Approvals: Troubleshoot and fix the Power Automate/Teams approval flow, which stopped working when the list exceeded the limit.
Cleanup: Delete moved items from the source to restore the list to <5,000 items.
Technical Requirements
