SharePoint Intranet Portal Development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a modern SharePoint-based intranet portal that lets employees share and collaborate on documents with as little friction as possible. The build will sit in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online) and should feel seamless alongside Teams and OneDrive.
Core scope
• Create a branded home site that surfaces key document libraries, quick links and search.
• Set up structured document sharing and collaboration spaces with appropriate permissions and version control.
• Configure metadata, views and Power Automate flows so files are easy to find and routine actions (approvals, notifications) run automatically.
I am investing in SharePoint because I want staff to stop emailing attachments and instead work from a single source of truth. Down the road we may add an employee directory and news centre, so please keep the information architecture flexible enough for those modules.
When you reply, highlight the similar intranet portals you have built—your hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Automate or related tools will help me gauge fit. A concise overview of the approach you would take is welcome, but long proposals are not required.
