SharePoint Intranet Overhaul & Automation

My current SharePoint Online intranet no longer matches the way our teams actually work, so I’m looking for a specialist who can review the existing site, streamline it for stronger team collaboration and communication, and weave in Power Apps and Power Automate where they’ll deliver the most value.

Priority focus
The first milestone is a thorough audit and redesign of the intranet’s structure, navigation and look-and-feel so that information is easy to find and interact with. Modern pages, intuitive hubs and clear branding are essential.

* Reviewing the existing SharePoint intranet, lists, libraries, permissions, Power Apps and workflows
* Redesigning the SharePoint homepage with a modern, professional and responsive layout
* Creating clear navigation for departments, documents, policies, requests, approvals and reports
* Applying company branding, colours, logo and a consistent design across all pages
* Creating or improving Power Apps for internal business processes
* Creating Power Automate approval workflows with email and Microsoft Teams notifications
* Setting up request tracking, approval history and status updates
* Improving document management and linking related documents and agreements
* Configuring department-based permissions and restricted access
* Ensuring the portal works properly on desktop, mobile and Microsoft Teams
* Providing user and administrator guidance after completion
