SharePoint Escalation Workflow Automation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a Power Automate flow wired into SharePoint to handle an mail escalation workflow. The moment a task is assigned in the designated list or library, the flow should kick off automatically, check the task’s status or due-date logic we agree on, and escalate it when needed. During each escalation step both the responsible team member and their manager must receive clear, actionable notifications by email (and ideally Teams).
The site structure is already in place; what I am missing is the automated logic, error handling, and a clean way to record every escalation event back into a history column for auditing. Feel free to suggest the most efficient trigger, condition blocks, and adaptive card design—I’m open as long as it stays within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and requires no premium connectors.
Deliverables
• A fully functional Power Automate cloud flow bound to my SharePoint task list
• Custom columns or JSON formatting required for status, escalation level, and timestamp logging
• Power BI for dashboards
• A short set-up guide or screen-recording so I can maintain the flow myself later
I’ll provide access to the site and test accounts as soon as we agree on the approach; looking forward to seeing how you streamline this process.
