I need a Power Automate flow that picks up files stored in SharePoint, sends the relevant content to ChatGPT for on-the-fly analysis, and then returns a clear, structured report—automatically, every time new data appears. The entire point is to remove my manual, repetitive effort: once the file lands in the library, the process should run end-to-end without me touching a thing.
Here’s what the finished solution should do:
1. Detect new or updated files in the chosen SharePoint document library.
2. Extract the data (or the text) that needs reviewing.
3. Pass that content to ChatGPT via a secure HTTP action, receive back the summarized insights, KPIs or any other analysis we agree on.
4. Store the resulting report alongside the source file in SharePoint and optionally email it to a distribution list through Outlook.
A successful hand-off means I can upload a file, watch the flow run, and open the automatically generated report—all within a couple of minutes, error-free. Please build, test, and document the flow so I can tweak prompts or destinations later without starting from scratch.
