ServiceBox Automation with Power Automate Desktop
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
As the owner of a SaaS application, ServiceBox, I'm looking to automate certain processes. Notably, the login and authentication process, as well as creating work orders. Hence, I need an expert in Power Automate Desktop to help set this up.
The overall flow is as follows:
1. have a power automate webhook that has json parmeters
2. Call the powerautomate desktop flow in the robotic process automation
3. return a success value and details of the work order once created.
Here's what you need to know:
- The operations to automate are:
1. Login and authentication
2. Creating work orders
- The parameters to pass into the workflow are:
1. Customer details
2. Work order description
3. Information about the job site
4. Person assigned to the task
For this, you should ideally have:
- Extensive experience with Power Automate Desktop
- Proven track record of automating functions in SaaS applications
- The user has to have the following: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience.
I need the script to be robust and have error handling. I will be calling everything through apis and web hooks.
