PowerApp Canvas Form to upload Excel data to existing SharePoint List via JSON code

Hello,

Create a Power App in tablet mode that will have 6 fields to be entered in a canvas with a file upload button. The manual fields data will be imported into the SharePoint List and all the data in the attached file (Simple DailySiteActivity) will be imported into the same SharePoint list upon Submit. I would like to upload the attached excel file inside of a folder in SharePoint and have all data imported to an existing SharePoint List to be stored along with the data from the attached file.

The tricky part will be grabbing the row data and placing it into the SharePoint List. When the upload with manual entries is submitted to the SharePoint List, I want the excel files in the folder on SharePoint to automatically delete after 30 days.

It should not matter what the file name is to upload the data because the SimpleDaily file format will never change. Again, the file name will be deleted after 30 days and the data will be stored in the SharePoint List.

With PowerAutomate I believe you will have to create some JSON or c# custom code.
