Power automate task on cloud: Query on email attachment and save copy on dropbox

The procject, to be made on Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud) consist in creating a process with the following steps:
> Once an email arrive (officex360) with Subject " TO BE SPECIFIED "
> Create a copy of the attached file ( it is a .xls file )
> Apply a filter that exclude the all rows containing "VALUE I DONT WANT" in column "COLUMN TO CHECK"
> Save the copy on a dropbox path
Connections with email and drobox are already set, it should be a very basic task for who knows Mycrosoft power automate.
