Power Platform CRM-ERP Setup
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I need a unified business backbone built on Microsoft 365 Power Platform that covers both customer-facing and back-office processes. On the CRM side, the solution must capture every contact, automate the sales pipeline from lead to closed deal, and provide a smooth service console so support tickets never fall through the cracks.
For ERP, I want real-time inventory visibility, clean financial ledgers with multi-entity reporting, and straightforward HR workflows covering onboarding, leave, and performance reviews—all surfaced inside the same Dataverse environment.
Preferred stack: Power Apps model-driven apps, Dynamics 365 components where licensing allows, Power Automate for orchestration, and Power BI for dashboards.
Key deliverables
• Model-driven app(s) that deliver the three CRM modules: Contact management, Sales automation, Customer service management.
• ERP module(s) covering Inventory, Financial, and HR management with role-based security.
• Dataverse data model with relationships fully documented.
• Canvas or embedded Power BI reports for pipeline, inventory turns, and P&L snapshots.
• Deployment guide and a concise (≈30 min) user-training video.
Acceptance criteria: a demo tenant must run end-to-end scenarios—creating a lead, converting it to an order that decrements inventory, posts finance entries, and updates employee commission records—without errors.
Timeline is flexible provided each module arrives in logical increments and we meet for fortnightly reviews. Source files and an environment export are required at hand-off.
Once feasibility is confirmed, I’m ready to start immediately and turn the licences we already own into the operational heart of the business.
