Power Platform Automation & App Support

Several internal solutions already run on Power Automate—both cloud and desktop flows—feeding Power Apps screens and Dataverse tables. The next phase involves steady-state support plus incremental enhancements.

Primary objectives
• Streamline and expand existing automated workflows that connect SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, SQL and a few REST APIs.
• Build and maintain reliable data-integration routines so records move cleanly among Dataverse, Excel, and other sources without manual intervention.
• Tweak Power Apps interfaces when schema changes, add new logic, and make sure everything remains responsive across web and mobile.

Typical day-to-day work may include troubleshooting failed runs, refining triggers, adding conditional logic, optimizing connectors, version-controlling solutions, and documenting every change in a shared OneNote. All assets must remain in our tenant; work will be done through screen share or secured guest access.

Acceptance criteria
1. Flows run error-free for a full week in production.
2. Updated Power Apps publish without delegation warnings and pass user UAT.
3. Dataverse tables follow naming conventions and contain no orphan columns.
4. Clear change log and step-by-step handover notes are supplied for each ticket closed.
