Power Automate developer: zonal OCR into OneNote

Need a solution to automate scanning of pages and pasting into OneNote.
Each page has a 'file number' in a specific place on the page. The scanned page image needs to be automatically pasted into the specific OneNote section which corresponds to the file number. (The appropriately numbered OneNote sections are all pre-existing).
E.g. page with file number 1234 is scanned. Image of that page needs to automatically appear in OneNote notebook - section 1234.
