Power Automate University Application Integration
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a single Power Automate flow that pulls every new submission from www.getadvisor.org and, based on the program mapping in our database, launches a fresh application inside the correct partner portal—StudyGroup or INTO—without any manual touch-points.
What the flow must do
• Trigger instantly when a student submits.
• Fetch all required fields: Personal Information, Academic History, and every Supporting Document the student uploads (PDF, JPG, DOCX, etc.).
• Look up the program-to-partner mapping I provide and decide whether the target is StudyGroup or INTO.
• Open the appropriate portal, populate every matching field, upload the documents, and save/submit the application.
• Return confirmation data (portal application ID, submission status, timestamp) to a SharePoint list so my team can track progress.
• Send an acknowledgment email to the student.
Acceptance criteria
• End-to-end test shows one sample application posted correctly to each portal.
• All mandatory partner-side fields are filled with the values taken from our form—no blanks.
• Documents appear in the partner portal exactly as uploaded.
• The flow finishes in under five minutes per application.
I am ready with portal credentials, API documentation (where available), and the field-mapping sheet. Because everything must go live ASAP, preference goes to someone who can demo a working proof-of-concept within the first week.
