Power Automate Reminder Setup

I need help setting up a Power Automate flow to send email reminders. This is for email trigger to remind a few department to create BOM before can proceed load order into system.

Requirements:
- Trigger via email
- Follow up via email
- User able to change the status in my list

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Power Automate
- Strong background in workflow automation
