Power Automate Record Sync -abhi
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I keep an issue-tracking list in SharePoint and consolidate everything in a Microsoft Excel table. I now need a Power Automate flow that I can launch manually and that will:
• Read the SharePoint list, find each item’s issueID, and look for a matching row in my Excel table.
• Update the row if it already exists or insert a new one if it does not.
• Where the logic requires it, automatically create any supporting files (for example a Word or Excel template) in the designated SharePoint library, naming each file with the issueID so it is easy to reference later.
Acceptance criteria
• Single manual trigger from the Power Automate mobile app, the portal button, or both.
• At least 50 test records sync without duplicates or data loss.
• Newly created files appear in the target library with the format issueID-Title-yyyyMMdd and their links stored back to the list.
• All actions labelled clearly so I can adjust connections or field mappings myself.
Please deliver the finished flow exported as a .zip package (or add it directly in my tenant if I grant temporary access) along with a short note explaining any environment variables or connections I must recreate.
