Power Automate Quiz-to-SharePoint

I have an existing Microsoft Forms Quiz and I need its report data written directly into a SharePoint list via a manually-triggered Power Automate flow. When I hit the button, the workflow should pull every new submission, map each field, and either create or update the corresponding item in my list.
Key fields that must travel end-to-end are: respondent details (including the name exactly as it appears in the quiz), individual quiz scores, every question with its awarded points, and the date or time stamp that shows when the quiz was taken. Those same columns already exist in the target list, so your flow just has to fill them accurately every run—no duplicate entries, no data loss.
I’ll grant you access to the form, the site, and a blank environment if you prefer to build there. Once finished, I want a short hand-off note explaining where you placed each action and how to refresh the connections in case credentials change.
