Power Automate PDF Extraction Flow
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I want a robust cloud-flow in Power Automate that watches my Outlook inbox, looks at messages coming from a large list of approved senders, pulls every PDF attachment it finds, and drops each file into a specific OneDrive folder in order by date
Key points
• Roughly 50 + sender addresses today, and the list will keep growing, so the flow must let me add or remove addresses without editing conditions one by one.
• Only PDFs matter; ignore every other file type and skip emails that arrive without attachments.
• File naming should be tidy and unique—preferably Date-Time + OriginalFileName—to avoid overwriting anything.
• The solution has to run entirely inside Office 365 (no premium connectors).
Deliverables
1. A ready-to-use Power Automate cloud flow exported as a .zip or .json package.
2. A short, step-by-step setup note that shows me where to paste my sender list and how to change the OneDrive target folder later.
3. Quick test proof (screenshots or video) demonstrating an email coming in from one of the senders and its PDF landing in OneDrive.
I’ll supply the inbox and OneDrive details once we start. Let me know if you need anything else to get rolling.
Please provide the step in the video with guide
