Power Automate KPI PDF Reports

I need a flow in Microsoft Power Automate that pulls KPI values from our SQL Server tables and turns them into polished, user-friendly PDF reports. The report must rely on a custom-designed template and display information with a mixture of charts, graphs, and tables so non-technical stakeholders can grasp trends at a glance. Our priority metrics revolve around operational efficiency—think throughput, cycle time, and utilisation—so the layout should spotlight those numbers first while still letting me expand to other KPIs later.

The ideal solution lets me choose a date range (or other common filters) and then either schedule or trigger the report on demand. Once generated, the PDF should save to SharePoint and email key managers automatically. I am comfortable giving you read access to the database schema and a sample data set; you handle the schema mapping, visual design, and template creation.

Deliverables
• A documented Power Automate cloud flow that connects to SQL Server, transforms the data, renders the custom template, and outputs a PDF.
• The template file itself (Word or Power BI paginated report—whichever you use) with clearly marked areas for dynamic fields, charts, and tables.
• Setup notes so I can adjust connection strings, add new KPIs, and extend scheduling without extra coding.

Acceptance criteria
• Flow runs end-to-end in my tenant with sample data and produces a single PDF under 10 seconds for 1,000 rows.
• PDF visuals match the agreed mock-up and remain readable when printed in A4.
• All steps are reusable with no premium connectors beyond what we already have in Office 365 E3.
