Power Automate - Get micro form response

Hello,
I need to create a power automated workflow that Gets a Microsoft forms data, then breaks the responses from "Select a region" into 7 different silos. Once assigned to a silo, take the response from "Select a job title" and assign the job titles to 1 of 4 separate categories. Once assigned a category, start and wait for approval sent to me and the response of "type supervisor email". Once approved, email the administrator containing the point category, region, and other form data.
I have attached a rough workflow visual of what I want. The job titles by category are on the side of the workflow.
