Power Automate Flow Expert

Job ID: 40215967

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

I want to build an automation with power automate.

The flow is for a major incident service outage reporting, included tools, Teams, Jira, Zoom IVR switch(as tab), Open a website (as tab), Comms email within Jira ticket(as tab)

Website, Zoom, Comms must show 2/3rd of the page, the actual website, and 1/3rd of the page opens a sharepoint document giving hints what do fill out with example sentences – guidance for Service Desk.

This will contain multiple IT groups within the company, such as developers, networks, systems, service desk, VIPs, IFS, devops.

The main interface will be Teams, only member of these groups will be able to trigger the incident button.

After the incident button has been triggered, it will post an adaptive card, and wait for a response: (example name: Major Incident - test1) it will automatically ask in a form to fill out with a short description AND chose teams you would like to include, invite into this chat.

Major Incident Request

Please describe the incident and select the required teams to start a focused group chat.

Incident Description:

Teams and members are added to a sharepoint list already:

Service Desk - member1 kitchens.com

Networks - member2 kitchens.com

Systems - member3 kitchens.com

IFS - member4 kitchens.com

VIP - member5 kitchens.com

Service Desk - member6 kitchens.com

Service Desk - member7 kitchens.com
Service Desk - member8 kitchens.com

Once the chat has been created, it will post an adaptive card and wait for response again: SERVICE DESK REVIEW
A Major Incident has been reported. Please refine the description below for the JIRA ticket and Comms email.

Once the TITLE and DESCRIPTION has been provided by Service Desk, it creates an automatic JIRA ticket ITSM-123456 (itsm ticket)

The teams group chat is there for the groups to communicate, I’d like to put automatic reminders IF there is no post, chat message in the last 12 minutes, to provide update (this will trigger the participants, and force them to update status)

Comms email is going out in every 30 minutes until service status RESTORED.

As an example, once service desk, networks, VIPs are within the chat, service desk can manage the ticket name, description, comms email out, turn on IVR, open the website within the tab(this is for an information banner on self service portal, where users are creating tickets)

Networks can work on the incident, and post into the chatroom, service desk will be busy as always, however the automation will ask in every 12 minutes networks to post an update. In this case, networks will fix the issue within 2 hours, which means, 4 comms email (this must be notified to send out towards service desk)

Once the incident has been resolved by the relevant team(s) service desk can close the incident and archive the chat group within Teams. (this will be for a post incident report, PIR, there is a PIR form fill out within JIRA, that is already been built).
