Power Automate Flow Creation

I already have Microsoft 365 in place; what I need now is a well-designed flow (or set of flows) that reliably kicks in, runs to completion without errors, and leaves me with clear visibility into each run.

• You build the automated flow directly in Power Automate using the most appropriate connectors and actions.
• The solution is tested end-to-end against real data, with any edge-case issues ironed out.
• I receive concise documentation and a quick walkthrough so I can maintain or tweak the flow later on.
