Power Automate Flow

Hi I need a power automate flow created that watches my teams calendar for the creation, modification or deletion of a teams meeting that contains a certain string in the title (e.g. 'AH$') and will create, modify or delete another Teams Meeting to occur at the same time (including specific attendees). The two meetings need to remain syncronised at all times.
I need to be able to duplicate the flow (ie create multiple instances of it) and easily modify the string in the title to invite different people based on the string in the title.
I.e. AH$ string will create a meeting that invites steve, james and bob.
WF$ creates a meeting inviting just steve and james.
I have some familiarity working with power automate so can handle some minor changes to the flow myself (ie changing the attendees). but can't write code.
