Power Automate File Mover

I need a Power Automate script to move files between SharePoint storage sites based on entries read from an Excel (or CSV) file. The script should read source site, source folder, destination site, and destination folder details from the file so as to drive the copying of files. File copies are to be done for the entire file and directory hierarchy referred to by the source details. A variety of modifiers are desired to support the restriction of which files are to be copied, and how files should be renamed prior to copying. I am open to having this functionality created as an alternative to Power Automate such as a PHP or Python utility.
